Prepare your recording
Open the audio or video on your PC. MP3, WAV, M4A and FLAC are supported. Record in a quiet place and avoid overlapping speech. Keep the original: an automatic transcript is a working draft, not a certified record.
Distinguish speakers
Speaker separation helps identify contributions. Set the number of speakers, review the result and rename them. Similar voices and simultaneous speech need extra checking.
Privacy and accurate quotations
Use a local engine for personal or confidential data. Online engines send audio to the selected provider. Check quotations, names, numbers and negations against the recording before publishing.
